Will you be on vacation...?

Historically the first two weeks of August are when most Canadians take their vacations. Will you be taking time off during this period? If you are, and buying a home or condo in the North York and Greater Toronto area is one of your plans, you could potentially save thousands of dollars or even more. In the graph below, representing the average selling prices in Toronto over the previous 15 years, you will notice that prices are typically the lowest going into August. There are obviously some exceptions, however if you are able to qualify and buy a home within the next 3 weeks chances are you will get a better price than if you waited until September. And yes, there is still time to get your children to attend the new school in the district of your new home. I am available through most of August to assist you with your new home plans.
